I launched at Robeson Creek and right away determined that it was probably too muddy for the White Bass I was after. What a difference a week and a few rains make. I tried for awhile but had no takers.I decided to catch some bait and try them on the bottom. Bait was hard to get and I only managed 1 shad. I did catch about 12 catfish on that shad and it left me wishing I had more. I packed up and headed over to Harris Lake.
