After a leisurely afternoon with the fandamily on Jordan, we headed over to the Haw and basically sat in the pouring down rain all night.  We were the only people there.  Anyhow, we only had two bites for the night that produced two fish.  I caught this 28 pound fish,       shot 1....shot 2.....shot 3......on a small live Bream about 11:45 PM.  If your only going to get one, might as well be a big one.

About 9:30 PM there was an explosion of some type of Mayfly looking bugs and the small to medium Channel Cats were sucking them off the top all around us in a frenzy.  Pretty cool but we could not make them hit.
