One last try for some bigger fish. The day started out kind of rough due to the bait situation. I hate September and what it does to all my nice baits! Little shad all over the place but the big ones are very sneaky. We managed a few and were off to fish them out. We only caught a few small ones and headed out to find more bait. We finally found out where all the larger shad are hanging out and put a few hundred in the tank. It was now late in the day and we tried one more spot. Good move. We banged out quite a few in a short period of time. Jaime had the hot hand and caught a few nice ones. Saw John out there and we helped him catch some Bream for a big catfishing trip tonight. Overall, the day was tough but now that we found the bait, good days are ahead for sure.
