Met up with the first member of the group at Holleman's, then off to the other ramp for the three other guys. Riding along with us this day were 130 fine looking shad I caught last night about 8:00PM. We started off pretty good on the first spot and put about 8 fish in the boat including a triple. We then moved to the second spot and GAME ON!!! The fish were there and hungry. We managed quite a few in that area including one quadruple. That's pretty rare. During the course of the trip, we refilled the bait tank twice and it was very easy. All you want everywhere you looked. We caught bass every way you could today and also added a few other species to the talley. We probably lost another 10-12 bass due to line breaks, head shakes, etc. I had a great time with a great group of guys and I hope I get the opportunity to fish with them again.
